Thanks to our adaptive learning approach, the learning duration of your employees varies depending on their previous knowledge. Our e-learning courses have an average duration of around 20 minutes to one hour, but can be paused at any time and continued later. This specific ESG Compliance training is approximately 35 minutes long.
We deliver all our e-learnings in German and English as standard. However, you can also choose from over 20 other languages as required. If the desired language is not yet available, please contact us and we will translate the relevant modules for you.
With the adaptive learning approach, your employees' prior knowledge is determined using so-called pretests. The learning content is then divided into optional and compulsory lessons. Thus, the content of the training is adapted to the level of knowledge of the learners and the resources required per person are reduced.

If you use our e-learning courses together with our LMS, there is a reminder function. If an assigned course is not completed in the time specified by your company, the system automatically sends reminder emails to the employees. The administrator also has real-time control and insight into the learning progress of the workforce via the dashboard.
