Our adaptive learning approach ensures that employees only spend time on the content they need. Depending on their existing knowledge and responsibilities, our trainings typically take between 20 and 60 minutes to complete.
With the adaptive learning approach, your employees' prior knowledge is first assessed using pre-tests. The learning content is then divided into optional and mandatory lessons. As a result, the training content is tailored to each learner's level of knowledge, and the resources required per person are reduced.
